## What it does
- Clerk adds an out-of-stock item to the dashboard (by barcode or name)
- Clerk adds customer name and email to the waitlist in under 10 seconds
- When the item arrives, clerk clicks "In Stock"
- All waitlisted customers receive an automatic email notification
- Customers can request a hold via a branded landing page
- Store receives each hold request by email
